Build quality good, assembly easy, service department very responsive. Only issue is operating manual a little loose and unclear regarding settings on control panel parameters and operation of dual motor switched description very poor, probably due to language barrier.

1st ebike I have owned. I really like the power of bike and speed is Ok. Problems in my opinion are: Rear motor button is sticking in off position. Rear shock doesnt work well. I have ordered a replacement air one. Seat is uncomfortable and plan to do something about it after shock is replaced. I have ordered new tires since traction on gravel seems low since it has alot of power. Keep in mind my complaints are for offroad. It is a powerful bike and surpassed my expectations. Comfort is just lacking some and I hope my modifications meet my expectations. Bike showed up about a week and a half after I ordered. Thanks

Great looking bike, really fun to ride, good suspension. Quality feel. Also, the seat is really comfortable.

Received the bike in a big box and it was fairly heavy. When it came time to assemble the bike, I was a bit intimidated because Im not great at things like this, but it was pretty easy! It took about an hour, because I took my time. I charged the battery and the bike was good to go!

This bike came almost all assembled. Have another person help in gettng it out of the box. It is heavy. Follow the directions and it's easy to put together.
